Returns
Due to the nature of food products, dry fruits and edible items cannot be returned once delivered unless:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective or spoiled
- Wrong item was delivered
- Packaging was tampered with during delivery
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed after verification of the issue by our support team. Once approved:
- Refunds may be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation
